Even as a child, I was always drawn to biographies. There is so must strength in how people navigate difficult times in life. Life is devastatingly beautiful. When you are ready to tell your story, I am here for it.
As a clinician, I work from a family systems/culturally sensitive approach, providing existential and humanistic theories to inform my process with others. I am able to work with clients in play therapy at the age of 6yo all the way to end of life issues. I work with individuals, couples and families.
I have learned that there are three aspects of life no one can escape: pain, uncertainty and constant work. You have to learn to love the process.
