Starting therapy is not always easy, and I understand how difficult it can be to ask for support when you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own. You don't have to face the challenges alone. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with pre-teens/teens (10+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, family and relationship stress, life transitions, and unresolved trauma, helping clients develop practical coping skills while fostering lasting emotional growth.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical coping skills to manage life's challenges.
