I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist committed to helping clients of all ages live a life they want to live! I centralize multiculturalism and advocacy through a trauma-focused lens in my work. I have experience working with children, teens and adults in both school and private practice settings navigating life transitions, new diagnosis, and relationship challenges. My counseling expertise is in helping clients develop identity, strengthen coping skills and make behavioral changes to live authentically. I utilize play therapy with children and work from a strengths-based, person-centered theoretical orientation.
