A unique and personalized approach to therapy is important because your reasons for seeking therapy are unique and personal. Whether you are looking for short-term support around a specific challenge or ongoing work to better manage life's stressors, I will work with you to identify your therapeutic needs and goals. We will use a variety of evidence-based practices to support you in working toward those goals within a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Meeting through a secure telehealth platform allows you to join sessions from a private space where you feel most comfortable.
I am a psychotherapist and art therapist offering a holistic therapy experience. I am trained in various therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have training in nutrition for mental health which I also incorporate into my work due to the significant impact nutrition can have on mental wellness.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my practice. Considering how therapy might fit into your personal journey is an important step in creating your own plan for improved emotional wellbeing. I encourage you to take the next step and to reach out if you think this might be a good fit for you. I look forward to meeting you!
