I have a warm, collaborative, & direct approach to therapy. I recognize life can get messy, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, worn down by stress, or uncertain about how to move forward. I primarily work with couples, and also support individuals grappling with complicated relationships, identity issues, change, difficult life transitions, or making sense of challenging experiences. I believe all people inherently hold strength and the capacity to move through their challenges & grow, and that safe, supportive relationships - whether in therapy, with a partner, or family and friends - are part of our health.

I think it's important to shape my approach to each clients unique needs and situation, and I will do that with you. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative, Emotion-Focused/Attachment, IFS, and Experiential approaches, while working primarily from Emotionally-Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method with couples.
