Grief, trauma, burnout, or major transitions can leave anyone feeling unsteady or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been happening, and start to rebuild with clarity and support. It’s a place to pause, breathe, and find your footing again. Your growth and change can be attained in a comfortable, protected, and cozy environment, in whichever manner you show up to my office.

I specialize in trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for adults navigating life transitions, substance use, crisis, and emotional burnout. My style is warm, direct, and grounded. I offer structure, insight, and space to show up exactly as you are. I see "you" as you share "you", and that's something I believe is so important to our relationship.
