I hold a specialization in working with those who have experienced trauma, as so many people have. My approach includes helping you to first feel safe in therapy, followed by processing the ways trauma has impacted your life, relationships, and sense of self. I will also work with you to develop skills to gain a deeper sense of control in your life.
