About
As a parent, you are constantly facing new challenges - welcoming new children into the world, helping them be the best they can be, and trying to manage your life on top of all of that. Your relationship has fallen by the wayside. You're stressed to the max. You feel like all you're doing is yelling but no one is listening. Listen: it does not have to be this way if you don't want it to be. You deserve to enjoy parenthood, to love on that new baby, or enjoy hanging out with your teen. Not a parent but still struggling? Reach out and we will figure out how I can help
As someone who has experienced the challenges that accompany motherhood, I have a passion for helping parents open themselves up to the joy of their families. I work with both mothers and fathers who are experiencing Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, or general difficulties in parenting no matter how old your child or children are.
Are you ready to take care of you? Do you want to start enjoying parenthood again (or, for the first time)? If you are, I invite you to reach out to me so we can figure out how to help you put your breathing mask on, either in the office or from the comfort of your own home (or both!). I look forward to speaking with you soon!
