My goal as your therapy companion is to help you better understand what is happening in your body, mind, and heart in the places you get stuck, and from there, help you retrain your responses so you can make more empowered choices for yourself. I do this through the lens of attachment theory, nervous system physiology, along with deep warmth and empathy.

I also weave in somatics/body awareness, mindfulness, and parts work (IFS/Psychosynthesis). I help clients learn how their nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are all tied together.
