Every client's issues are unique to themselves and need to be validated. I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, and panic disorders, and I am open to seeing all kinds of individuals. I think every person could benefit from counseling, no matter what their issue or how intense. We all deserve to take the time and focus on ourselves so that the people in our lives learn to do the same.
I mainly focus on Person-Centered Therapy to learn as much knowledge about all clients, and then be able to cater different therapies to fit what they need. Whatever way that works best for the client is what is best for their practice. I will add, also, that I provide an honest space to be heard and validated. Everyone needs something different.
I understand the difficulties life affords and want to help find ways for you to solve those difficulties make the most out of life.
