I have experience working with people who experience mental health concerns of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, complex trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, and gender and sexual identity exploration. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ folks and am dedicated to providing culturally competent and neurodivergent affirming care. I approach all therapeutic interventions from a trauma-informed framework that holds space for the impact that environmental and sociopolitical systems have on mental health. My clients often are learning how to feel safe in their own bodies and that it is okay to slow down, rest, and take care of themselves.
With lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I've been able to help many people know themselves better. My experience as a therapeutic yoga facilitator provides an extensive background in mindfulness practices, which is integrated into the therapeutic process when applicable. I offer a variety of services to meet my clients where they are at.
I believe everyone deserves to be met where they are, and I hold sacred the opportunity to walk alongside you on your healing journey. If you are interested in exploring Nature Therapy, Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, or a blend of approaches that are rooted in both lived experience and are evidence based, contact me for a 15 minute discovery call!
