Healing happens when we can talk about our struggles and are met with compassion, understanding, and acceptance. That connection allows for examining ourselves and finding ways to change our lives in a positive way.
I am a licensed counselor with 8 years of experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. In particular, I find it engaging to work with those who have disabilities and/or a chronic illness. I also have experience with grief and bereavement, as well as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
