Are you longing for steadiness? Do you want a more functional, enjoyable relationship with your partner or your self?
Welcome. I work with couples and individuals looking to lead a life with more honesty, flexibility, and hospitality for their emotional experience. By challenging black-and-white thinking, harsh narratives, and helping you make meaning around your emotional experience, therapy provides an opportunity allow you to connect better with yourself and those around you.
My couples work is geared towards couples looking to disrupt dysfunction and find a more secure connection, as informed by PACT.
As a radically candid and deeply human practitioner, I strive to offer collaboration and attuned exploration rather than quick solutions to the complex issues that bring you to therapy. I work from a relational psychodynamic stance that views relationship as the avenue for tending to the wounds and stories we carry. Our connection is an asset to the process.
Pursuing change is a brave task. If you've found resonance on my page or feel any questions stirring within you, I'd love to hear from you. If you'd like to set up a consultation call or initial session, please email me directly. You can also use the contact form on my website.
