About
Do you need additional parenting strategies? Are you worried about your child’s emotional well-being? Is your child struggling to cultivate or maintain relationships with their peers? I enjoy working collaboratively with children and parents alike to improve child and family well-being, often finding that working with both provides the best outcomes for everyone. I particularly love working with gifted and twice exceptional (2E) clients, and homeschool/online school clients. I also enjoy working with teenagers and young adults.
My approach is strength-based, supportive, educational, evidence-based, and solution-oriented. I enjoy helping parents to better understand their children. I work with parents to implement effective parenting strategies such as positive behavior support and limit-setting, meanwhile working to enhance parent-child relationship quality.
I enjoy working with kids, teens, and young adults on issues related to social skills, social anxiety, self-esteem, emotional understanding and self-regulation, coping skills, behavior management, relationship issues, life transitions, school success, ASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, OCD and phobias.
