My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergence, and career indecision. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I am also certified to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy which focuses on somatic experiences and the mind body connection.
