About
Growing up isn't easy. In my practice, I focus on children, adolescents and young adults who need support as they navigate life's stressors. I provide coping skills for young people struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood swings, major life changes, disruptive behavior, grief, and many other issues. In therapy, your child will feel heard, understood, and important.
Raising kids takes a village. It's not just a cliche. I understand that your child is influenced by many people outside of therapy. I take a team approach to collaborate with parents, school counselors, doctors, and teachers to ensure I am providing complementary, consistent care that makes an impact.
Therapy at a young age can set your child on a solid course in life. My mission is to empower the next generation to be assured, confident, and capable of accomplishing their goals. I would consider it a tremendous privilege to be part of your child's caring village.
