I work with adults using a variety of approaches and techniques, specializing in grief, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also support people in their struggles with relationships, jobs, and general well being.
I use many different techniques to help adults and adolescents improve their skills in navigating through life's challenges and transitions. Together we work on developing healthy coping skills to increase awareness, resiliency, and positive communication. I have training in experiential, humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and narrative psychotherapy.
At this time I am only offering virtual sessions. Working virtually, I feel that I can still offer a warm environment, compassion and empathy, and overall positive experiences that include positive tools and strategies that help clients move toward resolution and peace.
