I offer high quality individual, couple and/or family therapy to treat a wide range of problems and issues. I use my clinical background to help you address and resolve the conflicts that are undermining the quality of your life. My mission is to help all ages transform problem centered behavior into a healthier way of living. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in yoga and mindfulness, I will help you focus your energy, create steps towards change and find your way.
I use a variety of techniques in session and collaborate with other community providers to make sure that we are treating you as a whole person, and not just your symptoms. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders, trauma, foster/adoption, and parenting & relationship difficulties.
Through our time together, you will begin to see your own personal strengths and learn how to utilize those strengths to build a positive life for yourself. Feel free to contact with me with any questions.
