I work with anxiety, depression, self-harm, obsessive compulsive disorder, gender identity and sexuality exploration. As a narrative therapist, I believe that every individual has unique stories and experiences that shape their identity, and I strive to help my clients understand and appreciate their own stories.
I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and learn to view your challenges in a new light. I also believe that humor can be a powerful tool in therapy and can help us see things from a new perspective!
