Luckily, trauma wounds can be healed and patterns changed. By using a tailored blend of methods, including evidence-based Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we can work together to help you break out of your same old ways and cultivate something different in your life.

Let’s get started with healing to create more balanced relationships, improved self-confidence, a calmer, more positive outlook, enjoyment of life, restful sleep, and more. I also provide supervision for LPC/LMFT interns working toward licensure.
