Kate offers support for the individual through creative psychotherapy, intensive coaching, retreats, and family consulting. She also supports practitioners, teaching them how to blend complex modalities and use an attachment informed, sensory based approach to integrate multi modes of treatment for complex trauma. Kate coauthored the recent Guidelines for combining SE and Safe Sound Protocol in clinical practice. She uses somatic-based approaches to healing that address early developmental patterns and attachment, sensory integration with specific use of “sound” frequency modalities, traumatology, the use of creative expressive arts and storytelling.
