While I work with a variety of concerns, I most often find myself working with individuals who are experiencing nervous system dysfunction and trauma. Additionally, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I have a passion for being able to support and serve my community.
I want each of my clients to feel at home in their body, safe in their relationships, and connected to their community. This often means letting go of past trauma or limiting beliefs in order to fully embrace their present life and feel empowered by their future.
I view therapy as a partnership where you are the expert in your story. We will work together to personalize the therapeutic experience to fit your needs. I believe in open, warm, and direct communication. I will be there to listen, challenge, and support you along the way.
