As both a therapist and dietitian, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to healing, honoring the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.

I work with people of all ages and have supported clients across all levels of care. I draw from a range of modalities including attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, narrative therapy, and somatic practices—always tailoring our work to meet you where you are.

My style is warm, grounded, & collaborative. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard.
