Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling anxious in your relationships, or worrying you’ve done something wrong when you haven’t? You long to feel calmer, more secure, and less controlled by fear, guilt, or the pressure to hold everything together for everyone. Many of the women and moms I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, and unsure how to feel secure and confident. I specialize in helping clients heal attachment wounds, manage anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and build a stronger sense of emotional safety, self-trust, and stability in their daily lives and closest relationships.
Attachment wounds can shape how you experience anxiety, closeness, conflict, and trust. You may fear abandonment, people-please, struggle with boundaries, or feel “too much” or “not enough.” Together we’ll understand these patterns and build more secure, grounded ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating attachment-focused therapy, EFT, CBT and ERP for anxiety/OCD, along with practical tools to calm overthinking and intrusive thoughts. For those who desire it, I can thoughtfully integrate faith, while welcoming clients of all backgrounds. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.
