Having been adopted at a young age, I have a deep understanding of adjusting to change and developing resilience when life takes unexpected turns. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, big and small.
I take a thoughtful, holistic approach to counseling, helping you understand how past experiences—whether it’s trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, etc.—might be affecting how you cope today. I believe that by making connections between past experiences and current challenges, you can begin to heal and regain a sense of control.
