I’ve been where you are – feeling lost, overwhelmed, and like I was just barely keeping my head above water. But I’ve also experienced the power of healing and growth. That’s why I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and mothers feel seen, heard, and understood through eclectic, individualized therapy.
