I believe people can start over: at any age, in any place, after any loss or transformation. As an immigrant, an artist, and a writer, I’ve walked through deep shifts in identity and belonging. Therapy, to me, is about reconnecting with who you truly are while creating room for who you're becoming.

I especially enjoy working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, or the invisible grief of rebuilding oneself. I have a soft spot for immigrants and for women in the midst of reimagining their lives. If you’re an artist, a thinker, a feeler (or all three) we’ll probably speak a similar language.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life; you are. I bring knowledge from evidence-based therapy models, but I believe the most meaningful work happens when we combine that with your inner wisdom.
