Availability for 3 new full fee clients in November 2023! I provide ADHD solutions-focused therapy to gender expansive, queer, and neurodivergent adult clients. This work is skills-based, fun, sometimes hilarious, compassionate, non-judgmental and meant to help clients reach their goals with executive functioning, distress tolerance, behavior change, task completion, short-term blocks or hurdles, and long-term planning, organization, and emotion regulation. I also offer short-term DBT 'tune-up' individual therapy for those who already have DBT skills training and are seeking some short-term assistance with a particular challenge.
With 15 years in the counseling and psychology field, I am seated in social justice and systems frameworks and understand all clients exist within multiple contexts. I believe bringing this awareness can assist clients in enhancing self-compassion, decrease shame about individual challenges, and motivate clients towards changes they seek. It's dialectical!
I lead with compassion, rapport-building, and discernment, assisting clients in identifying goals, where they are stuck, and together we find the strategies to get through those barriers and towards lasting change. Sometimes the work takes very little time, for others, the work may take longer. Whatever length the journey, I approach you like it's worth it.

NOW ASSESSING for the Jan 2024 group series! This Telehealth 23-week group series may be helpful for those who currently struggle with their own guilt, shame, self-hatred, black-and-white thinking, emotional volatility or sensitivity in interpersonal situations, self-harm, dysfunctional communication patterns, reactive suicidality, helplessness, disordered eating, or other process addictions, and substance abuse. The group meets Tuesdays from 5:30-7pm and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm **Pacific time.** 2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming, neurodivergent affirming, social justice lens.

NOW ASSESSING for Sept '23 group! This Telehealth group is for those who have completed the DBT Mindfulness & Skills Group Series at least once and would like to continue to deepen their skills knowledge and application with fellow DBT’ers and Kat in this supportive DBT-focused therapeutic space. This group meets 2x per month and is offered for 6 month renewable cycles (meaning, clients may re-up after 6 months or may depart!). The group can accept 10 members at a time and will always offer 2 sliding scale spots per cycle. 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, social justice lens.
