Announcement icon Ride The Wave Recovery is offering all services via teletherapy until further notice. We are here for you.
I provide group and individual therapy to clients of all genders and sexual orientations seeking recovery from trauma, eating disorders, codependency, substance and process addictions, who wish to learn how to move beyond managing symptoms into creating meaning in work, romantic and community relationships, creative endeavors, and spirituality. I believe that relationships have the power to heal and that we can do together what we could never do alone. I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist and am passionate and experienced in leading therapy groups for those looking to recover in collaboration with others.
I work on the assumption that addiction, eating disorders, and codependency are diseases of isolation, and a crucial aspect of recovery from these as well as from trauma is working towards healthful, joyous relationships with other human beings as well as an enlivened and unashamed relationship with one's self.
I am trained in systems therapy, group psychotherapy, DBT, gender affirming therapy and Internal Family Systems. Due to shelter in place, I am offering teletherapy for the foreseeable future and am offering services to clients in California and Illinois, where I am licensed.
