I'm Kat, a non-binary therapist committed to co-creating an affirming, and non-judgmental space for individuals from all walks of life. I believe in building a collaborative space where your unique experiences, struggles, and celebrations are honored. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you are navigating identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, or the everyday challenges that come with being human. Let's create a supportive space where you can express yourself freely, identify and express your feelings, as you work towards growth, healing and radical self-love.
I offer individual therapy and psychological assessment services. Throughout all my work, I aim to keep a neurodivergent/LGBTQIA2S+ affirming lens as we get curious about who you are! I often use an integrated framework utilizing CBT, DBT, ACT and Mindfulness. Additionally, I offer neurodivergent and gender affirming therapeutic assessments.
As a queer and non-binary mental health professional, I aim to empower clients of all identities by offering a space free of judgment and stigma.
