I provide support to children, adolescents and adults who are coping with an athletic injury, pain, illness, or lifestyle changes caused by a recent injury, surgery or chronic medical condition. I also provide mental skills training for athletes to help them improve their mental toughness and performance.
I am an art therapist in Pleasantville, New York, specializing in athletic injuries, physical and medical trauma, chronic illness, injury and illness recovery, stress and anxiety reduction, as well as creativity development for artists. I also provide mental skills training to athletes and performers through art making and creative expression.
Each person is unique and has their own journey and experiences, therefore I take a psychodynamic and humanistic approach to therapy. Our time together will be individualized to meet your needs in a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space. I will bring a variety of tools to our work together such as art making, creative expression, and mindfulness.
