On maternity leave until October 2026. My main focuses include stress, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I work with a wide age range from young adults to seasoned individuals and couples. With eight years of experience as a hospice social worker, I've gained profound insights into the delicate realms of grief, stress linked to illness, physical changes, and the impact of medical trauma.
My experiences as a firefighter/EMT, sexual assault hospital advocacy, and domestic violence advocacy give me a unique lens to support those going through mental health stress injuries or trauma. I have specialized training in working with first responders. My time working in hospice has given me a strong passion to walk alongside those experiencing grief.
I firmly believe in the power of individuality and recognize that each person's path to healing is unique. In my practice, I come to sessions as my authentic (and sometimes sweary) self because I understand healing begins when we embrace our true selves and practice vulnerability. I would be honored to walk alongside you wherever you are at in life.
