Are you tired of living in survival mode and ready to start living with more connection, clarity, and joy? I am ready to help you get there! I am passionate about deep emotional work, exploring how our past shapes us and how to move forward with that insight. I have a special interest in dissociative disorders, complex trauma, ADHD, and relationship dynamics, but all experiences and neurodivergent identities are welcome. I offer a compassionate and grounded space where healing and growth can unfold at your own pace.

I use an integrative, personalized approach primarily based in Emotion Focused and Ego-state (parts work) therapies. I have advanced training in couples work (EFT Externship & Gottman Level 1), complex trauma and dissociative disorders (Ego-state I, ISSTD trainings), and am EMDR trained through an EMDRIA approved provider.
