Nonconforming & Neurodiverse (ADHD/ASD) individuals often see themselves as "different" & "othered" and it create a lot of difficulty navigating the world. Living in a country where Ablism bias, prejudice, and discrimination is the norm, individuals often find themselves constantly battling ways to navigate intimate relationships, social groups, and institutions that are not accepting of, or made for, their uniqueness. I help these adults normalize & navigate life's complexities by creating resilience in their own Unique Stories dealing w/ Adult ADHD, relationships, LGBTQ+, religious hang-ups, sexual discomfort/dysfunction & more.
Offering online psychotherapy for adult individuals, intimate partners, and groups to assist clients in normalizing their personal experiences utilizing an individualized integrative therapy approach to meet the client where they are. I use a client centered, positive psychology, sex-positive, and shame-resilient lens in all forms of treatment.
I strive to create a safe space for individuals to identify & explore their emotions, learn about themselves, normalize, destigmatize & most importantly accept their unique differences in a safe non-judgmental environment. Groups
ADHD-Attunement Groups (Safe and Sound Protocol)
ADHD-Attunement are weekly cohorts for adults with ADHD or ADHD traits facilitated by myself and my colleague Martha D'Abruzzo. Over 10 weeks, members move through the Safe and Sound Protocol music listening intervention alongside other Neurodiverse peers where you will learn to co-regulate and create connections with others, while learning and understanding the connection within your own nervous system and brain. After completing the group, participants have the option to join a broader community of ADHD adults using SSP as an ongoing tool for support. To check availability, email info@adhd-attunement.com
