My work centers trauma-informed and neuro-affirming mental health care. I specialize in working with trauma, substance use, LGBTQIA+, late-diagnosed Autism & ADHD, life transitions, grief, and anxiety. I have over 15 years of experience working with folks facing increased challenges in navigating day-day life. I believe that no two individuals are alike and therapy should reflect that. I have an integrative approach that uses psychodynamic, strengths-based, and relational interventions. I have experience working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals in achieving their goals.
