You can be self-aware and still feel stuck.
I help adults 18+ move through anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship stress with honest, depth-oriented therapy that creates real change. You’ve likely done some reflecting already. Maybe you understand where your patterns come from.
And yet...anxiety still spikes in relationships. You still overthink conversations. You still feel responsible for keeping the peace.
Insight is powerful. But insight alone doesn’t always create change.
Our work will go deeper than symptom management. We’ll name the patterns keeping you stuck and actively work to change them. You’ll build stronger boundaries, steadier emotional regulation, and clearer communication. I’ll be direct and fully engaged. You don’t need to perform here, just be open to growth.
If you’re ready for meaningful, long-term therapy — not quick fixes — we’ll do that work together.
I am currently accepting new clients for virtual and in-office sessions.
Reach out to schedule a consultation and see if we’re a good fit.

Groups
The Other Mother's Support Group
The Other Mothers Support Group is a 6-week therapeutic group for non-birthing, non-traditional, or secondary parents who often feel unseen in mainstream parenting spaces. This group supports individuals navigating caregiving roles outside traditional “mom” or “dad” narratives. Sessions explore identity, attachment, boundaries, grief, and the emotional complexity of parenting from an in-between role. Each week includes psychoeducation, guided reflection, group discussion, and gentle somatic orientation to foster connection, validation, and belonging. Mondays | 7–8 PM CT | Virtual Beginning January 12, 2026
