I specialize in mental health and addiction. If you or a loved one are feeling lost, stressed, sad, ashamed, anxious, or hopeless, your feelings are valid and you deserve a space to process them. I use a nonjudgmental approach to explore all these feelings underneath the surface and encourage you to design a new set of coping skills to face the challenges of life. My aim is to guide you to live authentically with the ability to identify and express your emotions in a healthy way. It takes courage to change and I'm so glad you are here.

With a background in social work, I offer strengths-based and person-centered techniques. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), an evidence-based practice to help change maladaptive cognitions related to traumatic events.
