In my practice, I take into account personal and structural issues such as identity, the mind-body connection, power, and privilege — all the things we can and cannot control. Together, we will explore opportunities for the myriad parts of yourself to find acceptance and balance.
Prior to clinical mental health counseling, I studied linguistic anthropology – the interaction of culture, communication, and self. Combined with psychotherapy, this provides a unique framework through which to explore and assert autonomy, authenticity, and connection.
