I have extensive experience supporting couples (including ENM/poly and mixed-neurotype) and individuals heal attachment wounds, strengthen communication skills, and live life with meaning. My style is collaborative, sex positive, and affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ experiences. Therapy with me is about building genuine connection, deepening self-trust and showing up fully in your relationships. My background in both relationship and rehabilitation counseling gives me a unique lens in understanding how life’s challenges and differences may shape the way we love, communicate, and connect.

Using an integrative approach, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients understand and change dysfunctional patterns. I also implement somatic and cognitive interventions to strengthen the mind-body connection and regulate the nervous system.

Opening up, being vulnerable, and talking about parts of us we are afraid to face can be extremely challenging. I am here to create a safe space for you to explore, reflect and grow.
