Have you tried therapy before, read all the recommended books, followed the advice, and still feel stuck? I want to help families who are tired of surface-level solutions. I specialize in helping families reconnect when relationships feel strained and disconnected. In helping parents who love their child deeply but feel stuck in constant power struggles, meltdowns, or conflict. Working with teens who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. I help families understand the deeper story behind behaviors, repair connection, and build relationships rooted in trust, security, and belonging.

Using attachment-based therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy, I help children as young as 3 years old, teens, and young adults up to 25 years old, while including the family system. Together, we look beyond behaviors to understand underlying needs, strengthen relationships, build emotional regulation, and help families create lasting connection and change.

It can be hard to know where to turn when the strategies that once worked no longer do. Our work together will offer an opportunity to gain new insight and move toward meaningful change. I often use a person-centered approach when working with young adults and teens. When clients of all ages cannot meet the therapeutic goals of traditional talk therapy, I incorporate expressive arts and directive activities. I combine therapies that suit clients' and their personal growth needs into talk therapy sessions. I utilize child-centered play therapy with children under 10.
