I have several years of experience working with adults facing a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and much more. I use an eclectic, client centered approach that is welcoming and warm, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable taking their first step towards healing. Helping others is my passion and I am always open to feedback to best support my clients.
I use a personalized approach to therapy, meaning that every client gets the style that feels most comfortable for them. I specialize in CBT, DBT, narrative focused work, solution focused therapy, and much more. However, often use a combination of modalities to make healing feel comfortable and unique for each presenting need.
You will start your journey by identifying the specific goals you want to work on and have a collaborative conversation regarding which interventions would best work with those goals. Sessions are focused on the work that you identify as well as skills to work on outside of therapy to assist in long term symptom reduction.
