Navigating broken trust, disconnect, and pain in a marriage can be debilitating. Creating space for meaningful connection and increasing healing through understanding is my priority. In therapy, I recognize that while some things require change, others simply require acceptance. I have experience with communication, conflict resolution, trust-building, transitional periods, premarital counseling, anxiety, depression, OCD, and more. I strive to understand people within their context from a systemic perspective. Although I may be the expert in the theory, you are the expert in your life, so creating collaborative treatment is key.
