You may be dealing with anxiety, PTSD symptoms, burnout, relationship stress, or difficulty managing emotions. You may not even be sure what is wrong, you just know something does not feel right and you are ready to make a change. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which has been proven to be beneficial with treating PTSD and anxiety.
I specialize in helping clients struggling with chronic overthinking, self-doubt, and people-pleasing often resulting from trauma develop confidence, set healthier boundaries, and experience a calmer mind. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to process what's going on, and start to better understand yourself.
