Deepening self awareness and making meaning out of difficult lived experiences is what drives me in my pursuit of helping others. Acceptance of what is and an understanding of self is the key to real empowerment. I hope to be a guide in your journey toward recovery.
I hope to build upon your inherent resilience and validate your lived experiences. I have experience with the treatment of anxiety, depression and life stressors using various clinical approaches including ACT, somatic informed, mindfulness, psychodynamic and systems. As a Black identified biracial therapist I am also attuned to complex issues of identity.
