In a world that can often feel heavy with forces pushing and pulling us downward in so many directions it can feel all too easy to lose track of your true self. I work with individuals who struggle with these same questions. Questions that arise from the struggles with trauma, anxiety, depression, attention, autism, and others. My counseling services focus on addressing the integrated person.
I believe there is more than one way to solve a problem. I take a whole body approach with my clients where we address the mind, body and spirit. With an eclectic approach, I interweave solution-focused, EMDR, IFS, CRM, CBT, energy work, person-centered, and other treatments. I will meet you where you are in your life, and together find your healing path.

Crafty Coping

Lead by my colleague Kyson. Coping is one of the most important foundational skills when engaging in therapy. Part psychoeducation, part hands-on, this group is geared towards learning the basics about regulation vs dysregulation while addressing the common misconception that coping means calm. Using crafts, the group will create tools which can be used to help maintain regulation during distressing times. There is no artistic skill required, these crafts are approachable for any age or skill level.
