My ideal client has taken a brave first step in this difficult moment in time to find the right therapist for them and to prioritize their mental health. They are looking for support and guidance and are open to identifying tools and techniques to help them reach those goals. They are willing to reflect on the things in their lives they want more and less of, the things that bring them joy and pain and work to maximize and minimize them accordingly. They are willing to be vulnerable and open within a safe space, prepared to work through challenges and changes as needed, all within the therapeutic process.
I am a maternal mental health expert with a specialty in perinatal mental health, re-parenting, trauma and dyadic work. The transition to parenthood is arguably one of the most life changing experiences one will ever have. I will support you in exploring your challenges, harnessing your strengths and working towards your goals to bring you more happiness.
