With over nine years of experience as a music educator, I understand the transformative power of both verbal and expressive arts in the therapeutic healing process. I am (EMDR) informed, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, an evidence-based treatment for trauma and distressing life experiences.
I have worked with diverse populations and individuals of all ages (children, teens, adults, couples). My special interest are helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, family dynamics, day to day life stressors as well as relationship challenges.
