I help high-achieving women struggling with stress, anxiety, burn out, or overwhelm. My clients are typically navigating anxiety, life changes, career challenges, relationship problems, depression, maternal mental health, or BIPOC concerns. As a BIPOC woman myself, I am focused on culturally competent care.
My work is direct, authentic, empowering, collaborative, and solution-focused. Using a variety of methods, I encourage self-awareness and self-challenging, in order to inspire growth and change. I'm also trained in EMDR (an evidence-based practice for trauma). I promote mindfulness-based methods and holistic healing in a safe therapeutic space.
I believe in comprehensive treatment, shown through my focus on whole-person wellness and the marriage of Eastern + Western philosophies. I may refer clients to community connections offering yoga, meditation, sauna, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, energy work, functional medicine, western medicine, etc.
