I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals. I help partners break painful cycles, rebuild intimacy, and support individuals managing ADHD, attachment struggles, and emotions. I offer weekly sessions and 2–3 day intensives for couples seeking real change.
