Living in the PAUSE is rooted in authenticity, self-compassion, and unapologetic self-evolution. The PAUSE represents a transformative shift in how we show up—in our relationships, our work, and our daily lives. Through an eclectic, personalized therapeutic approach, I help you learn to practice the PAUSE—cultivating a more mindful, intentional way of living.
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care with a special focus on supporting therapists, first responders (partnered with Frontline Strong), and individuals navigating the impact of trauma. My work is grounded in empathy, connection, and healing.
My mission is to walk alongside individuals on their journey of self-discovery while equipping them with sustainable strategies to support long-term well-being. I offer a confidential, nonjudgmental space for therapist, first responders, those in the helping professions and anyone seeking to heal from the demands of trauma and stressful environments.
Life’s challenges can be heavy—we all need space to breathe, reflect, and reset. My approach offers that space, encouraging you to pause, process, and move forward with resilience. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from CBT, IFS, EMDR, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.
