I’m passionate about supporting women, new mothers, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, the shift into motherhood, or working through unresolved trauma, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy is a space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to heal. I believe that with the right support and guidance, everyone has the capacity to feel more grounded, confident, and empowered to move forward. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, set meaningful goals, and work toward lasting relief and renewal.

I work with women, pregnant and postpartum moms, and college-age adults. With compassion & understanding, I provide support and practical feedback to help you navigate and address personal life challenges. I integrate Attachment Theory, IFS, CBT, and DBT into our therapeutic work, while infusing warmth and humor to foster a supportive environment.

Among my areas of expertise are anxiety, perfectionism, relational conflict, trauma, depression, and burnout. I am trained in EMDR and am a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA). I'm also in the process of completing my certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
